The privacy policy describes your privacy rights in connection with information collected, used, stored or shared by GardenBunch LLC and our related sites, applications, services, whether accessed via Internet, mobile device, or other applications/tools.  GardenBunch LLC provides this policy to help you make an informed decision about whether to use the services accessed through our site.  By using our Online Services or registering for an account, you expressly consent to our collection, use, disclosure and retention of your personal information as described in this Policy.

Types of Information Collected collects both Personally Identifiable as well as Non-Personally Identifiable information.


When you provide us with any information with a particular activity, or provide your contact information, including email address or telephone number in connection with that activity, product or service, you agree that this action constitutes a purchase or inquiry establishing a relationship with us.  You thereby expressly consent to our communicating to you information about, utilizing that information provided by you.  You agree that you have legal authority over any phone number, email address you provide to us, and have provided us with the authorization to contact you.

Personally Identifiable Information

If you choose to register for membership with you may participate in Member only areas of our websites and additional member only benefits offered only to Members.  To become a Member, you will be asked to create a user name and password.

You may also register to become a Member using your Facebook account.  If you become a Member through this method, Facebook may provide us with access to any Personally Identifiable information on file with them and associated with your account in accordance with their terms and conditions.  We may use any Personally Identifiable Information collected through this method in the same manner we use any other information you provide directly to us.  The terms and conditions of Facebook will apply to the information we disclose to it.

Surveys and Contests

In connection with site surveys and contests, you may be asked to provide Personally Identifiable information.

Product Purchases

We may offer the ability to purchase certain goods, merchandise or services through our Online Services.  In connection with these purchases, you may be asked to provide your shipping and/or delivery addresses, telephone number, and credit card information.  This information will be shared with our vendor partners to the extent it is required to fulfill your purchase.

Interactive Services

Members may also participate in interactive services on our website, which allow Members to share comments, ideas, and thoughts about various topics.  “Interactive Services” are any actions you take utilizing our Online Services that are viewable to other Members and visitors.  These actions include, but are not limited to: creating a profile, commenting, rating, and participating in surveys.  Use of any Interactive Service is governed by our Terms of Use policies.  Users of these services should be mindful that any information they post or disclose will become public information and will be available to other participating Members, users and visitors.  If you choose to participate in any Interactive Services, please be aware that GardenBunch LLC is not responsible for any information, personal or otherwise, that you submit through these services and does not have any responsibility to publish, take down, remove or edit any of your information or activities or any of your submissions that are made public through your use of such Interactive Services.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

“Non-Personally Identifiable Information” is information that does not reveal your identify, but may be used by us and shared with third parties.  It includes information such as “Aggregate Information” about how visitors use our website.  It is any information that does not allow us to identify a specific individual and includes data such as demographic information, purchase categories, or the particular browser a visitor uses.

If you become a Member via your Facebook account, we may collect and use various types of Aggregate Information, technical data, and other profile information affiliated with your Facebook account.


To enhance User and Member experience, we may use “cookies” and other technologies on our site.  You may choose to set your browser option so that you will not receive cookies and you can also delete cookies from your browser.  However, you may find that some parts of the website experience may not function properly if you have refused cookies and you should be aware that disabling cookies may prevent you from accessing some of our content.  Cookies must be enabled in order to register as a Member with our site.

Web Beacons. Small graphic images or other web programming code called web beacons (also known as “1×1 GIFs” or “clear GIFs”) may be included in our web pages and messages. Web beacons may be invisible to you, but any electronic image or other web programming code inserted into a web page or e-mail can act as a web beacon. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to count visitors to our Sites, to monitor how users navigate the Sites, to count how many e-mails that were sent were actually opened or to count how many particular articles or links were actually viewed.

Embedded Scripts. An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Taunton Applications, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your Device from our web server or a third party service provider, is active only while you are connected to the Sites, and is deactivated or deleted thereafter

Analytics Technologies

We may track a variety of technical data, which includes, but is not limited to, domain and/or Web browser information, websites visited before our website and websites linked to following our site.  We may also keep records of specific pages visited and the length of time spent on each page.

We use tools such as Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our website.  Google Analytics collects information such as how often users’ visit our site, what pages you visit.  We use this information to improve the visitor experience on our site, and track statistic s for traffic to our site.

Google Analytics collects only IP addresses, not your name or other identifying information.

What does with the information gathered

Provides Online Services

We may use Personally Identifiable information to enable a better user experience on our site; communicate with you regarding products and services offered, contests, or other promotions, or to process e-commerce transactions.

Processes Online Commerce Transactions

We collect and store billing and credit card information, shipping addresses, and other pertinent information required to conduct online, e-commerce transactions between you, and our third party vendors.  This information will only be shared with third parties who perform tasks required to complete such purchases.

Statistical Analytics

We may use Aggregate Information to determine the number of visitors on specific pages, length of time spent on pages, and traffic patterns.  This assists us in determining which pages provide the best content for our visitors.

Who does share information with?

Third Parties

We work with third party companies to provide certain activities and services to our users, such as purchasing a product through us. In that case, we may share your credit card and shipping address information with them in order to process payment.  Such vendors are prohibited from using your data for other purposes.

We utilize an email and marketing company for email and newsletters from GardenBunch that you have agreed to receive.  Information, such as your email address, is provided to the email delivery company third party.

Contests or Sponsored Promotions

If you choose to participate in a contest or promotion, we reserve the right to share any related Personally Identifiable information with our sponsor of such contests or promotions.  You should review the rules of each contest or promotion in which you participate, as they may have additional information about the use of your Personally Identifiable information.

Business Partners

We may link portions of our website to Business Partners if you decide to purchase a product or service.  Business Partners may have access to Personally Identifiable information shared by us for reasons related to our companies.  If you choose to access these optional services, please be aware that we do not control the privacy practices of such third parties and are not responsible for any possible disclosure of your Personally Identifiable information.

Legal Reasons may disclose Personally Identifiable information in order to comply with applicable laws, respond to governmental inquires or requests, comply with valid legal processes, protect the rights, privacy, safety or property of GardenBunch LLC, to permit us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain, and to enforce our Terms of Use.

Sale or Transfer of Business or Assets.

In the event that we, or any of our businesses, are sold or disposed of as a going concern, whether by merger, sale of assets or otherwise, or in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership, personally identifiable information of our visitors may be one of the assets sold or merged in connection with that transaction. Information about our visitors and registered users may also need to be disclosed in connection with a commercial transaction where we or any one of our businesses are seeking financing, investment, support or funding. In such transactions, personal information will be subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy in effect when the information was obtained.

Protection of Information

We have taken appropriate precautions to safeguard information we collect and/or store on our servers through a visitor’s use of our site.  Although we have taken appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that the information we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with our policies.  If you have reason to believe that your information with us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately of the problem.

Opt Out Choices

You may choose to not receive emails or newsletters from by:

  • Following the ‘Unsubscribe” instructions in the specific emails you wish to opt out of receiving
  • Contacting us, specify the particular email list from which you would like to be removed.

Please note that changes may not be effective immediately. In each event, you must clearly indicate the information that you wish to have changed or clearly indicate that you wish to have your personally identifiable information removed from our database. We will endeavor to comply with your request as soon as reasonably possible. Note that despite any request for removal of or change to personally identifiable information, we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and there may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed or changed. Finally, we are not responsible for informing third parties (including without limitation our third party service providers or strategic partners) with whom we have already shared your personally identifiable information of any changes requested pursuant to this section, or for removing information from or causing information to be removed from the databases or records of such entities.

A Note to International Users is operated in the United States and are intended for users located in the United States. If you are located anywhere outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to, processed and stored in the United States. Children’s Privacy. is for a general purpose audience and are not directed or intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, you should not register or provide Personal Information. If we later obtain actual knowledge that a user is under 13 years of age, we will take steps to remove that user’s Personal Information from our systems.

Updates to Policy may alter, change, or update this Policy at any time necessary.  We will update our Visitors by posting the revised Policy on our website with the date it was revised.  We encourage you to review the policy from time to time to stay informed of any changes.  Your use of our site constitutes your agreement to the Policy and any updates.  If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not use or visit the site.
